Billy Joe was a very good man and community leader. He was a good role model and teacher for us children. I have many good memories of working with and learning from him at the hardware store and sometimes going with him on service calls to repair appliances. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

I remember as a child going to visit my uncle Billy Joe. He was always kind and always smiling. I remember him being a loving husband and father. He was so proud of his family. His sister, my mother, thought the world of him. I know your family and friends already in heaven will be happy to see you again. Goodbye for now until we meet again.
