Anita Gay Garrett

Ms. Anita Gay Garrett, 48, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away after a courageous battle with leukemia on Monday, February 17, 2014 at University of South Alabama Medical Center. She was a homemaker and enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Juanita Waltman, Sr. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Darren Henderson; brother, George (Vangie) Waltman, Jr.; sister-in-laws, Karren (Jerry) Back and Sharon (Kenneth) Woods; brother-in-law, Eric (Rena) Henderson; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her very much. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the 11 am Funeral Service on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home.
