Arlow Ousley Rowell

Arlow Ousley Rowell, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Monday, May 09, 2022, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was 100 years old. Arlow was born August 12, 1921, in Pineland, Texas. She worked as a payroll supervisor at Ciba-Geigy for many years and was a member of New Home Baptist Church.

Arlow was preceded in death by her husbands, E.J. Ousley, Sr. and Wesley Rowell; son, Ed Ousley; and nine siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory include her step-sons, Ronnie Rowell and Tommy Rowell; grandsons, E.J. Ousley, III and Alan David Ousley; great-grandchildren, E.J., Kason, Mary Alan, William, and Laura; other relatives; and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3pm until the 4pm funeral service Sunday, May 15, 2022, at New Home Baptist Church. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
