Artice Thomas Miller, 70, a native and resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Springhill Memorial Hospital. He owned and operated Miller’s Auto Parts and Shorty’s Shell for many years. Artice was an avid fan and enjoyed watching the University of Alabama football team, “Roll Tide Roll”. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. Artice was preceded in death by his parents, Artice R. “Shorty” and Daphne Miller. He is survived by his son, Christopher Andrew (Mary) Miller; grandson, adopted as son, Jeremy (Amanda) Miller; grandchildren, Cody Andrew (Sarah) Miller and Hayden Bryce Miller; three great grandchildren, London, Landon and Zahara; two sisters, Beverly C. (Carl David) Rowell and Cindy D. (Joe) Turner; two brothers, Terry Andrew (Darlene) Miller and Gary Boyd (Diantha) Miller; nine nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; one great great niece; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the 1pm funeral service on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Stan Clayton and Rev. Terry Glasscock officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Miller, Tanner Rowell, Carl Rowell, Jr., Cody Miller, Chris Dixon and Roger Dearmon.
