Billy Merlin Lewis

Billy Merlin Lewis died peacefully at home on December 6, 2018 in Silverhill, AL at the age of 64. He is survived by his wife, Aline Smith Lewis, three daughters, Samantha (Christopher) Roberts, Sara (Matthew) Brown and Sheila (David) Dearmore; two grandsons and a granddaughter. Five brothers, three sisters, and numerous extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Ruth Lewis, of Citronelle, AL.

Billy was a long time resident of Sims Chapel, AL in Washington County. A funeral is scheduled for Monday, December 10th at Sims Chapel United Methodist Church. Visitation for family will be at 9:30 a.m., public visitation 10:00 a.m. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment in the church cemetery will follow.

The family respectfully ask that perfumes, cologne, and scented body lotion not be worn.
