Cameron Melton Wayne Martin

Cameron Melton Wayne Martin, a sweet and joyful soul, graced our lives on December 21, 2024. Born at the USA Children's and Women's Hospital, he was a beacon of happiness who always wanted to be involved in everything around him. From the very beginning, Cameron brought joy to all with his delightful disposition, never shedding a tear and always content to be wrapped in his beloved rainbow blanket. His warmth and love for being held made him a cherished presence in the lives of his family.

Tragically, Cameron's time with us was brief, as he passed away on February 28, 2025, leaving behind a profound impact on those who knew him. He was deeply loved by his parents, Brittany Martin and Pedro Acevedo, as well as his siblings, April and Leevi, who adored him to the moon and back. Cameron is also survived by his doting grandparents: Bridget Weaver and her partner Josh Potts, Wayne and Rhonda Martin, and Evelyn Acevedo. Further joining the extensive circle of love are his great grandparents, Lucy Weaver and Terri Martin, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and friends who were privileged to know him.

Cameron is preceded by his great grandparents, Sterling Weaver and Nancy Martin, who now embrace him in eternal peace. While his earthly journey was short, the joy and love he provided will forever resonate in the hearts of his family and friends. Cameron Melton Wayne Martin will be remembered for his sweet spirit and the radiant happiness he brought into the world.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Byrd Cemetery with Bro. Dwight Weaver officiating.
