Carol Faye Willman

Carol Faye Carpenter Willman, 77, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Carol was a loved member of the Citronelle community and lived in Citronelle all her life. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church and later Bethel Baptist Church. Carol spent over 30 years in banking and retired from First Community Bank. Carol was one of twelve children, with six brothers and five sisters. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Darwin Willman; her parents, Willie and Claudie Carpenter; her sister, Voncile Lowe; and her brother, Claude Trudy Carpenter. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 60 years, George Rudy Willman; her children, Teresa Young, Suzanne Williamson (Michael), Julie Glisson (Sammy), Lisa Huddleston (Tim), and Andrea Willman; her daughter in law, Sherry Willman; her nephew, Jamie Willman (Kim); ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; her siblings; James “Buddy” Carpenter, Charles “Freddie” Carpenter, William “Sonny” Carpenter, Don Carpenter, Terry Carpenter, Joyce Merlene Hastings, Frances Counselman, Patsy Jordan, and Janice Johnston; and many other relatives and friends.
