Carolyn Bloodworth

Mrs. Carolyn Bloodworth, a native of Eight Mile, AL. and resident of Citronelle, AL. died March 19, 2011. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. In her early years, she worked as an aircraft mechanic. She later became a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Bloodworth. She is survived by her husband, Francis Eugene Bloodworth; sons, Calvin Eugene Bloodworth and Donald William Bloodworth; daughter, Lisa Ann Bloodworth Oxford, all of Citronelle, AL.; three brothers, Terry Lane of Saraland, AL., Jerry Lane and George Lane, both of Bay Minette, AL.; two sisters, Betty Lane and Lana Lane, both of Eight Mile, AL.; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Freeman Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 11 AM Wednesday March 23, 2011 from the chapel of Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Clayton officiating. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
