Carson Lavern Dickinson

Carson Lavern Dickinson, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Providence Hospital. He was 66 years old. Carson was born May 21, 1954. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all, he loved to spend time with his kids. Carson was preceded in death by his parents, Carson and Bernice Dickinson; and his sister, Rita Dickinson. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 26 years, Diane Dickinson; three sons, Devin C., Austin R., and Carson T. Dickinson; one daughter, Tosha Kloter; four step-children, Jolene, Shandal, Sondra, and Norman Ryan; twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Alford (Freda) of Statesville, N.C.; one sister, Bonita Dickinson; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardner Cemetery.
