Charles Douglas Sullivan, 53, died January 8, 2014 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. Doug graduated from Citronelle High School in 1979 where he played football. Known as ''Nature Boy'' he loved hunting, gardening, playing cards, working on his truck and tinkering outside on anything with his beloved dog Tightrope by his side. He was a member of Saint Theresa Catholic Church and loved spending time with his family and friends. Left to cherish his memory are three sons, Dustin (Chantyl) Sullivan, Charles Douglas Sullivan, Jr., Charles Owen Sullivan, II; two daughters, Candice Sullivan, Vivian Sullivan; mother, Annie L. Weaver; grandchildren, Trinity, Dawsey, Dawsen; brother, John Paul (Charlotte) Sullivan, sisters, Vivian (Johnny) Lofton, Renee (Matthew) Sullivan, Fritz (Tom) Davis; other relatives and friends. A rosary will be held at 5:45pm Friday January 10, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home and the Wake will follow from 6pm-9pm. Mass of Resurrection will be at 11am Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Saint Theresa Catholic Church with Rev. John Coghlan as celebrant. Burial will follow at Byrd Cemetery.
