In Loving Memory of Charles Kimbrough Snow
Charles Kimbrough Snow, also known as Charlie to his family and friends, passed away on May 12, 2023. He was surrounded by his loving family at USA Health University Hospital in Mobile, Alabama.
Charlie was born on November 15, 1941, to the late Charlie and Viola Snow. He grew up in McIntosh, Alabama with his siblings Mack, Irene, Dave, Hillary, Lillie, Sophie and Arlene. Charles served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War before settling down with his beloved wife of many years Martha.
Charlie was a devoted husband and father who made sure his family knew they were loved every day. He would go out of his way to tell you he loved you and always had a smile to share. In addition to spending time with his family, Charlie enjoyed golfing and was an avid churchgoer who never missed a Sunday service. His love for the Lord will always be remembered.
Charlie was preceded in death by son, T.J. "Bones"; grandson, Tommy; parents, Charlie and Viola Snow; siblings, Mack, Irene, Hillary, Dave, and Danny Wayne.
He is survived by his loving wife, Martha; children, Kimberly (Stephen), Richie (Marie), Timothy "Joe" (Shannon), Gwendolyn, Tiffany (Daniel), James, Heidle (Nick), Gary "Bubba", and Sharon (Charles); twenty-six grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Lillie, Sophie and Arlene; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on May 16th, 2023 at McKinley Pentecostal Church in McIntosh at 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. McKinley Pentecostal Church was dear to Charlie's heart as it was where he found solace in worshiping God. The interment ceremony will take place at Reed's Chapel Cemetery following the funeral service.

We mourn our loss deeply but are comforted knowing that Charlie is now in the loving arms of his creator. His legacy of love and kindness will be missed by all who knew him.
