Christopher Lynn “Peterbilt” Williams, beloved 29 year old angel, entered eternal life June 24, 2017. We were truly blessed with Chris’s presence in our lives in so many ways. “It’ll be alright”, “I love you”, and “I’m fine” are things we are still hearing in our hearts and minds. His unique way of being organized, having everything perfect, love and happiness to help and be with others was truly amazing. He was a truck driver; heart, mind, body and soul. He was one of the “True Kings of the road.” He will be forever “trucking” from this life to the next. Chris always brought everyone back together during tough times, real glue that kept us together. Friends and family hear echoes of Chris saying, “You’ll never meet another quite like me.” There is no statement more true and absolute at this time. His mother was there when God brought Chris into this world and she was there when God took him home. Even during this difficult time, we feel so blessed that God let and angel like Chris be an absolute part of our lives. “Peterbilt”, drive on brother, drive on! Christopher Williams was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Williard and Hazell Estelle Williams and great great grandparents, Cleve and Mary V. Prine. His love and spirit is carried on by his mother, Cindy Johnson; brothers, Gregory Mark (Jennifer Childers) Williams, Aaron Lee Williams and Michael Thomas Baxter (Lance Hensley); sisters, Erica Marie (Mathew Patrick) McLain and Melisa Ann (Paul) Ott; aunt, Denna Norton; grandparents, Agnes Williams (Bill Surrett) and Denny Norton; god-mother, Margarette Ann (Lavelle) Walley; god-grandparent, Sandra and Monk Langele; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A wake for Christopher Williams will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Freeman Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church at 11:00 am with Bro. Joe Williams. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
