Clouis Sullivan, Sr.

Clouis Sullivan, Sr., 79, a native and resident of Mt. Vernon, Alabama passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Providence Hospital. He worked in the pulpwood industry and was very “set in his ways”. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Clouis is preceded in death by his sons, Melvin Byrd and Clouis Maverick Sullivan. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Rita Reed Sullivan; sons, Horace Byrd, Harold Lamar Sullivan, Jeff Sullivan and Clouis Daniel Sullivan; daughters, Bonnie Alligood and Emma Loretta Weaver; brother, Chris (Maeola) Sullivan; sister, Arlene (Robert) Byrd; twenty one grandchildren; many great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
