Curtis Joseph Miller, 43 died from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident on Saturday, December 14, 2019 near Citronelle, Alabama.

Curtis was born September 1, 1976, in Mobile, Alabama and was a lifelong resident of Citronelle. He worked for J and J Logging as a heavy equipment mechanic. He always had a smile on his face and was well known for his kind heart and willingness to always lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Curtis and Winona Norman; Boyd, Sr. and Dorothy Miller.

He is survived by his sons Steven Daniel Miller and Curtis Joseph Miller, II; stepson Braxton Hunter Andrews; parents Henry and Theresa Miller; sister Wendy (Darrin) Blount; brother Lee (Brandi) Miller; nieces Megan (Joe) Weaver, Hayle Miller; Andie Blount; nephew Hunter Miller; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Dino Danzey officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Steven Allday, Shine Orso, Terry Miller, Gary Miller, Keith Blount and Todd Blount.
