Dale M. Havens

Dale M. Havens, 53, a native of Mobile and resident of Chunchula, was born February 16, 1956 and died Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at his residence. He was a member of Cedar Creek Holy Church of God in Citronelle, had worked for Westinghouse and had also worked at Cottage Hill Baptist Church in Mobile, AL for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his loving Wife, Charlotte Pugh Havens; and Parents, Clifton "Horn" Havens and Augreta "Aude" Havens. Dale is survived by his Son, Waylon Havens (Tabitha Chestang) of Chunchula, AL; Daughter, Savannah Havens Johnson (Dennis) of Chunchula, AL; Brother, Gene Havens of Lucedale, MS; Sister, Freida Wigley of Mobile, AL; Step-Father, William C. Singleton of Semmes, AL; 2 Half-Brothers, William Kevin "Billy" Singleton of Mobile, AL and Cleveland Anton Singleton of Fairhope, AL; Special Friend, Lori Victory of Depew, OK; a host of Other Relatives and Friends. Visitation will be held from 5 PM to 9 PM Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Friday, December 11, 2009 at Cedar Creek Holy Church of God in Citronelle, AL. There will be a 1 hour Lie-In-State prior to service at the church. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle, AL.
