Mrs. Darla Jo Barnett Hoven, 51, a resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. She worked for Evonik and was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Milton Hoven; son, Michael Blaine Hoven; daughter, Ashley Nicole Hoven Higdon; two granddaughters, Madison and MaKinley; parents, Joseph Earl and Margaret Jones Barnett; three sisters, Toni Lynn Miller, Jamie Marie Miller and Anna Christine Smith; brother, Joseph Mathew Barnett; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 11am until the 1pm Mass of the Resurrection on Friday, July 18, 2014 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with Rev. Paul A. Halladay as Celebrant. Concelebrants will be Rev. Msgr. G. Warren Wall, Very Rev. William P. Saucier, Rev. John P. Coghlan, Rev. John C. Lynes. Deacon of the mass will be Rev. Mr. Phillip Halladay.
