Dawne Corinela Patrick

Dawne C. Patrick, 72, a native of Caribou, Maine and longtime resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Dawne worked as a secretary for the University of South Alabama where her office was always filled with students. Many of those students would come to her home for game nights, dinner and a movie or a party. She welcomed them all as well as the friends of her children. She loved her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Dawne was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward “Bill” Patrick; daughters, Christy and Pam; and her son, Matt. Those left to cherish her memory includes her children, Shawn Patrick (Lynn), Adam Patrick (Beth), Corine Brooks (B.J. Wright) and Jaden Patrick; grandchildren, Amanda, Christina, Jessica, Alan, Grayson and Ella; great grandchildren, Logan, Kimberley, Cassandra, Lily, Emma, Brayden, Serena and Kiki; siblings, Deven Brown, Irma Crepps, Derna Wark, and Shay Hanscomb; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Lewis officiating.
