Debra Reed

Debra Jewel Reed, a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was 65 years old. Debra was a loving person with a pure, kind, and sweet heart. She loved her family. She was always very helpful to anyone in need, and she did so with a smile on her face. In her spare time, Debra enjoyed watching old westerns and listening to Elvis Presley.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Erbert and Virginia Reed; brother, Robbie Reed; and grandmother, Evelyn Weaver.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Scott Michael Reed; sisters, Linda Lofton and Doris Reed (Benjamin); brothers, Erbert Reed, Jr. (Eva), Joey Reed, and Darrell Franklin Jackson; nieces, Tara Weaver (Floyd), Allison Reed, Shannon Reed, and Angel Elizabeth Weaver; nephews, Clifford Reed, Jonathan Reed, Roy Donovan Reed, Kenny Lofton, and Craig Reed; and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1pm until the 2pm funeral service Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Reed's Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Orso officiating.
