Deidra Lynn Lofton

Deidra Lynn Lofton, a loving and very crafty soul with an outgoing personality, passed away on April 18, 2024. She never met a stranger and touched the lives of many with her warm spirit and kind heart.

Deidra's love for spending time with family and friends evident in everything she did. Whether she was creating beautiful crafts or exploring new places while traveling, she cherished every moment shared with her loved ones. One of her proudest accomplishments was spoiling her children, showing them endless love and care.

She is survived by her children, Destiny Lofton-Farley (Cameron), Joshua Lofton (Delanie), and Alexis Lofton; her granddaughter, LaRiah Farley; her father, Marlin Young; her sister, Kayla Young; her brother, Derrick Young; nephew, Brantley Young; as well as other relatives and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

Deidra was preceded in death by her mother, Lori Young, and grandmother, Marlene Platt. Their memories will live on alongside the beautiful legacy Deidra has left behind.

Services to celebrate Deidra's life will be held at Liberty Baptist Church in McIntosh on April 22, 2024. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM funeral service with Rev. Tim Steiner officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.

Deidra Lynn Lofton's presence was a vibrant thread that brought joy and light to all those around her. May she rest in peace knowing she was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
