Donald Eugene Aucoin

Donald Eugene Aucoin, a resident of Chunchula, Alabama, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017, at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. He was 69 years old. Donald was born November 25, 1947. After high school, Donald worked in several business industries becoming a “Jack of All Trades.” When Don met his wife, he was a retail manager. He also worked in security, he was a constable, and he worked for an industrial company before retiring. He was of the Christian faith and attended Sanctuary Assembly of God Church. Donald was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 27 years, Carrie Aucoin; children, Tim Bryant, Eugene Aucoin, Tracy Aucoin, Rusty Aucoin, Evan Aucoin, and Matt Aucoin; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; brother, Frank Aucoin; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held from 6pm until 9pm Friday, May 26, 2017, at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held 11am Saturday, May 27, 2017, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Hogan officiating.
