Dora Davis Donavan

On Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11:07 AM at Citronelle Assisted Living, Jesus called Dora home to be with Him and her brothers and sisters in Christ who had gone on before. She was reunited with her husband of forty three years, R.B. Donavan. She loved her church and was a faithful member of Memorial Baptist Church for many years. Dora is survived by her Daughter, Frances Lee (Jerry) Willis of Chunchula; Her Son, Roland B. (Cathy) Donavan III of Citronelle; Four Grandchildren, Robert (DeLynn) Willis, Troy (Stephanie) Willis, Jessica Donavan (Jordy) Parham, and Roland B. Donavan IV; Eight Great Grandchildren; Two Sisters, Zula Elizabeth "Took" Skidmore and Sarah Burnette, both of Saraland. All of whom she loved and prayed that they would meet again in Glory. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM Funeral Service on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Memorial Baptist Church in Citronelle with Rev. Dino Danzey, Rev. Stan Clayton and Rev. Denny McDavid officiating. Active Pallbearers will be Terry Richardson, Wade Miller, Theodore Vinson, Van Loomis and Shelby Smith. Dora's body will be interred in Pine Crest Cemetery, waiting for the coming of the Lord. Freeman Funeral Home - Citronelle
