Frances Bernice Evans, age 70, a native and resident of Fairford died Friday, May 8, 2009, at a local healthcare facility. She worked as a CNA for Searcy Hospital until her retirement. She also worked for the Washington County School System and was a talented seamstress. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by her Two Sons, Otis (Regina) Evans, Jr. of Mount Vernon and Roy Alan (Marie) Evans of Mc Intosh; Two Daughters, Ina Bernice (Randy) Morris and Frances Christine (Calvin) Evans both of Fairford; Two Brothers, Gene Autrey Sullivan and Clyde Edward Sullivan both of Fairford; Four grandchildren, Corey Evans, Olivia Evans, Kennon (Lori) Weaver, and Stephanie (Josh) Weaver; Three Great Grandchildren Maddie, Gage and Garrett; And friend, Lil Will. A wake will be held from 6 PM to 9 PM on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle. The Funeral service will be at Liberty Baptist Church at 2 PM Monday, May 11, 2009 with Rev. Dwight Weaver and Rev. Larry Thompson officiating. Interment will be at Liberty Cemetery in Fairford, AL.
