Francis Dwayne Evans, "Big Wayne," "Heavy," born September 06, 1967, a lifelong resident of Mount Vernon, Alabama, departed this life to spend eternity with the Lord on September 06, 2018. He is preceded in death by his mother, Martha "Pee-Wee" Evans; grandmother, Wilhemina Taylor; and brother, Nicky Byrd. He is survived by his wife, Carol Evans; father, Gene Evans; sons, Marcus D. Weaver and Danny O. Weaver; daughter, Sidney R. Davis; sisters, Debra Lofton (Marvin) and Annie Evans; brother, Anthony Evans (Stacy); three grandchildren, Beto Manguia, Fancy Burleson, and Bella Hall Evans; eight nieces, four nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 9am until the 11am Mass of the Resurrection Saturday, September 08, 2018, at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Rev. John Coghlan, celebrant.
