Gene Autry Hall

Gene Autry Hall, age 70, of Citronelle, AL., died Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at his residence. He was an upholsterer and an avid fisherman. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Hall. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Smith Hall of Citronelle, AL; son, Richard Hall of Wilmer, AL.; daughters, Rose Deakle, Tina Thompson, Amy Horton, all of Tanner Williams, AL. and Lisa Byrd of Citronelle, AL; step sons, Daniel Smith of Citronelle, AL. and Gary Smith of North Carolina; brothers, Marshall Hall, Alfred Hall, Jessie Hall and Sammy Hall, all of Wilmer, AL.; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the 12 PM Funeral service on Monday, January 3, 2011 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Bates & Rev. Don Lee officiating. Interment will be in Stringfellow Cemetery.
