Gilbert H. Landrum, Sr

Gilbert Hudson Landrum, Sr., 88, a native of Deer Park, AL and resident of Citronelle, AL, died Monday, April 30, 2012. Mr. Landrum served in the United States Army during World War II. He owned and operated Landrum's Body Shop for many years, was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Ouida Landrum. Mr. Landrum is survived by his son, Gilbert H. (Angie) Landrum, Jr. of Citronelle, AL; sister, Virginia Mae Stagner of Chickasaw, AL; two grandsons, James Eric (Tracey) Landrum and Robert Edward (Angel) Landrum; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Alexander, Tyler and Keylan; canine companion of 9 years, Ruffus; and other relatives and friends. The Wake will be from 6 - 9 pm Tuesday, May, 1, 2012 at Freeman Funeral Home. Graveside Service and interment will be 10 am Wednesday, May, 2, 2012 at Pine Crest Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Bates officiating.
