Mrs. Grace June Stebbins, 89, a native and longtime resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 in Mobile, Alabama. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Citronelle. Known for her artistic ability, Mrs. Stebbins donated many of her beautiful paintings to the community for others to enjoy. She was the last of five children born to Henry A. and Nettie L. Schneider. Left to cherish her memory is husband of 72 years, Warren L. Stebbins; son, Ramon LaRoy (Ellen) Stebbins; daughter, Melanie Jane (Jim) Newberry; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the 2 pm funeral service on Monday, June 2, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Citronelle with her son, Dr. Roy Stebbins officiating. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Stebbins may be made to Wooden Boat Ministry 2175 O’Rourke Drive Mobile, Alabama 36695.
