Helen Edmonds

Helen Hattenstein Edmonds, age 84, a native of Chickasaw, Al. and resident of Citronelle, Al., died Monday, October 22, 2012, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rault Henry Edmonds, Sr., son, Sidney P. Edmonds, Sr., grandsons, Adam Brown and Steven Craft, brothers, Woodrow Hattenstein and Jesse L. "Buck" Hattenstein, sisters, Margaret Edmonds, Lottie Gallagher and Irene Turner. Mrs. Edmonds is survived by her children, Rault H. Edmonds, Jr., Bobbie Edmonds Craft, Jackie Edmonds Brown, Michael A. Edmonds, Tommy D. Edmonds and Phyllis Edmonds Crews; three sisters, Teenie Vaughn, Betty Seals and Nita Miller; Nineteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and other relatives and friends. The Wake will be from 6 pm to 9 pm Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Freeman Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be at 11 am Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Glen Vaughn officiating. Interment will be in Edmonds Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rault Edmonds, III., Chuck Edmonds, Sid Edmonds, Jr., Greg Edmonds, Jim Edmonds, Ryan Crews, Justin Crews and Russell Craft.
