Hershel Leigh Barnett

Mrs. Hershel Leigh Barnett "Maw Maw" - age 70, passed into her heavenly home on January 1, 2011. She was a resident of Mt. Vernon, AL and was a member of Calvert Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her son, William A. "Butchy" Barnett, Jr. She is survived by her loving and faithful husband of 51 years, William A. "Billy" Barnett, two daughters Mary Barnett and Terri "Mike" Jarrell, two sisters, Pauline Moseley and Rita Bonner, four grandchildren, Lacy "Walt" Richardson, Hannah Jarrell, Billy Jarrell and Brittany Dunagan, and two great-grandchildren, Chuck and Brooklyn. A wake will be 6-9 PM Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Calvert Church of the Nazarene. The Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the church.
