Horace Eugene Sellers III, affectionately known as “Bubba”, left his earthly body on August 7, 2024, at 4:00 AM in Grand Bay, Alabama. He was born September 10, 1982, at 12:32 PM at Mobile Infirmary Hospital to his parents, Horace "Pete" Sellers, Jr. and Anita Ann Sellers of Citronelle, AL.
“Bubba” is survived by his sons, Seth Brodie and Sawyer Brayden; mother, Anita Sellers; sisters, Amber Sellers and Stacie Sellers (Larry Miller); nephews, Cody Johnston, Bryant Lucas, Sabastian England, Nathaniel " Moochie" Jones, Jr., Shane Miller, and Zander Sellers; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
Greeting him on the other side are his father, Horace "Pete" Sellers, Jr; sister, Crystal R. Sellers; paternal grandparents, Dr. Rev. Horace "Gene" Sellers, Sr. and Shelby Carter Sellers; maternal grandparents, Bernard and Freda Tull; along with all his family and friends who've pasted before him.
The most important titles to “Bubba” were father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
The word “Bubba” is defined as “enduring word for brother”. It is a word used to describe a close friend and he lived up to the name through and through. If you knew him at any age or stage of his life, you knew him for life.
A visitation will be held Monday, August 12, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Freeman Funeral Home.
