Hubert Ray Nelson

Hubert Ray Nelson, 75, a native and resident Charity Chapel, AL passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Ray loved farming, fishing, hunting and horses. He was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle. He loved spending time with his family while pursuing his hobbies. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, David Ray, Christy and Colton. Ray leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years Lillie Nelson; sons, Terry (Paula) Nelson and David (Virginia) Nelson; daughter, Tina (Daniel) Cherry; grandchildren, Kayla, Holly, Lillie Ann, Katelyn and Dylan; great grandchildren, Anna Grayce and Tyler Jaymes; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 11am until the 1pm funeral service at Full Gospel Tabernacle with Rev. Johnnie Helveston officiating.
