Inez Yeager

Inez Walker Yeager, 80, a native and resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away peacefully on Friday, November 1, 2019 at her home. She worked as a rural carrier for the United States Postal Service and Dollar General Stores for many years. Inez loved flowers, gardening and taking care of her beloved dog, Buddy. She loved to travel, enjoyed sitting on the porch and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Addison and Ola Mae Walker; husband of 57 years, Willie Thad Yeager; brother, Robert Lee Walker; and brother-in-law, Johnny Richards. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kim Hayes (Brien) and Kristi Hogue (Greg); grandson, Thad Henderson; great grandchildren, Colton and Emma; sister, Rosa Lee Richards; sisters-in-law, Ava Jewel Walker, Marbeth Carter (Jimmy) and Joann Brown (Billy); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The wake will be from 6-9 pm Monday, November 4, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 11 am Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Pine Crest Cemetery with Rev. Don Lee officiating.
