Jacobina Lucille Cochran

Jacobina “Jackie” Cochran, a resident of Deer Park, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 08, 2019. She was 88 years old. Her favorite pastime was sitting on the porch and crocheting. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Cochran, Sr; sons, Ronnie Cochran and Kent Cochran; grandson, Douglas Lee Smith; and parents, Dewey and Carrie Landrum. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Danny Cochran (Diane), Sheila Smith (Donnie), Yvonne Casler (Jim), Douglas, Jr. Cochran (Stephanie), and Rita White (Terry); fifteen grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Friday, May 10, 2019, at Community Christian Fellowship, with Rev. Barton Turner officiating.
