James Darwin Willman, Sr., 55, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 from injuries received in an ATV accident. Darwin worked for 34 years and currently a maintenance foreman with ExxonMobil. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Darwin loved to hunt deer and turkey and Alabama Football. He spent a lot of time working helping others, working at the church and in the community. Most of all he loved his family and spending time with them. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 32 years, Sherry Willman; son, Jamie Willman; daughter, Hailey Willman; parents, Rudy and Carol Faye Willman, sisters, Teresa Young, Suzanne Williamson, Julie Glisson, Lisa Huddleston, and Andrea Willman; special cousins, Jamie and Kim Willman; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A wake will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 6pm-9pm at Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held 11am, Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Robinson, Rev. Donald Turner and Rev. Stan Clayton officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church - Building Fund.
