James Ebenezer Rowell, Ii

James E. Rowell, II, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Saad’s Hospice Care Facility. He was 84 years old. He was a sheetrock worker and enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Rowell loved hunting, fishing, going to the auctions and a good homecooked meal. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Olmerea Rowell; brothers, Grover Lee Rowell and Charles Maddox; son, Michael Rowell; and grandson, Dalton Finch. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 55 years, Tannis Tamar Rowell; children, Beth Murphy, Terry Wayne Rowell, Kim Craven, James Rowell, III, (Tammy), Chris Rowell, Tamara Rowell (Jermaine), Amanda Buck (Chris), Lucas Rowell, Derrick Rowell, April Havard (Robbie); grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 6-9 pm at Freeman Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life service will be 11am Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Freeman Funeral Home.
