James Franklin Helveston, Jr., 65, a native of Mobile, Alabama and resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at his home. He was a truck driver with Mobile County Road & Bridge. He enjoyed watching baseball, football, and going to the casino. Frank was a loving father and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Mixcela Helveston; sons, Erick Gonzalez (Anitra), James Helveston (Shannon) and Chris Helveston (Leslie); nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Ranae Bryan, Carolyn Overstreet, Dottie Byrd and Jeanne Weaver; brother, John Ellis Helveston; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Johnnie Helveston officiating.
