James Randolph “Sonny” Lott, 78, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. He was a graduate of Citronelle High School Class of 1956. Sonny was a Vietnam veteran and retired after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force at the rank Master Sergeant. In his younger days he was an avid dirt bike rider, riding in the deserts of California. He loved hunting elk while living in Tacoma, Washington. Sonny was a great mechanic and could fix almost anything. After retirement Sonny came home to Citronelle. He was preceded in death by his son James R. Lott, Jr. He is survived by his wife 58 years, Janet Lott; daughters, Kim Larson (Norm) and Kelly Logg (Richard); grandchildren, Erin and Bryan, great granddaughters, Aneesa and Layla; siblings, Bernice Malone, Maurice Lott, Bobby Lott and J.
