Jeannie Renova Williams

Jeannie Rivers Williams, 55, a native of Mt. Vernon, Alabama and a resident of Robertsdale, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at West Florida Hospital. She was a postal carrier for Robertsdale United States Postal Service and enjoyed playing spades and bingo in her spare time. She loved her family and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Thomas and Louise Weaver Rivers; sisters, Darlene Rivers, Charlotte Rivers, and Shelley Rivers; brother Opra Earl Davis, Sr. Left to cherish her memory is husband, Thomas D. "Bud" Williams; son, Chase G. Williams; daughter, Lisa M. Taylor; two stepsons, Brad D. Williams and Holcombe Chad Williams; four grandchildren, T.J., Shawna, Hunter, and Alexis; sister, Angel Rivers; four brothers, Richard (Ola) Davis, Bill (Cassie) Davis, George Rivers, Jr., and Kevin L. (Sherry) Rivers; other relatives and friends. The wake will be 6-9 pm Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Freeman Funeral Home. The rosary will begin at 5:45 pm. The Mass of Resurrection will be Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Rev. John Coghlan, celebrant. Burial will follow in Byrd Cemetery.
