Jennifer Danielle Davenport Tanner, known for her diverse career path and dedication to her family, passed away on June 29, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of hard work and laughter that will be cherished by all who knew her.
Born on October 1, 1985, Jennifer lived a life full of purpose and passion. Throughout her professional journey, she transitioned from being a Licensed Practical Nurse to venturing into the construction industry where she devoted 14 years of service. As a skilled homemaker, she excelled in all her roles with grace and commitment.
Described as outgoing, funny, stern, determined, fun, and happy, Jennifer's vibrant personality lit up every room she entered. Her interests included spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, meticulously planning vacations, tending to her farm and animals, and exploring new destinations through traveling.
Among her proudest accomplishments were her precious children whom she adored beyond measure. Jennifer also held certifications in pipefitting, welding, safety, AWI (American Welding Institute), and CWI (Certified Welding Inspector), showcasing her relentless drive to provide for her loved ones.
Jennifer is reunited in peace with her father, David Tindle, and grandmother Nellie Reed.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 7 years, Ira Tanner; cherished children, Larissa, Brennen, Finley, Leland, Daxton, and Tinsley; devoted mother, Margie Tindle; caring siblings, Tim Tindle (Sonya), Goldie Mincey (Paul), Antionette Wicklund, and Jessica Byrd; mother and father-in-law, Howard and Tina Tanner; numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart; as well as many other relatives and friends whose lives she touched profoundly.
A visitation in Jennifer's honor will take place on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM Funeral Service at Reed's Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Reed's Chapel Cemetery.
Jennifer Danielle Davenport Tanner will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May her soul rest in eternal peace as her light continues to shine brightly through those who were fortunate enough to have known and loved her.
