Joan Beatrice Kimmons

Joan Beatrice Kimmons, 78, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015, at Springhill Medical Center. Mrs. Kimmons was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints Semmes Ward. She was an extremely talented artist who enjoyed painting on canvases as well as painting on glass. Joan made it her mission to help anybody who needed it, no questions asked. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Those left to cherish her memory include her two children; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brother; three dogs and many cats; and her church family. The family will receive friends from 11am until the 12pm funeral service Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Freeman Funeral Home with Bishop Skinner officiating.
