Joann Grimes

Joann Grimes, 66, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at her residence in McIntosh, Alabama. She was a happy person and loved fishing, tending to her cats and spending time with her family. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Larry Weaver; children, Paula Weaver (Louis); grandchildren, Henry, Trey and Ashanti; siblings, Tassie Moorer (Hugh), Dina Ellison (Steve) and Lawrence Chestang; other relatives and friends. A wake will be held Thursday , April 21, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm at Sims Chapel Holiness Church. Funeral service will be held 3pm Friday, April 22, 2016 at Sims Chapel Holiness Church with Rev. Junior Long and Rev. Horace Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Spring Cemetery in McIntosh, Alabama. Online register available at www.freemancitronelle.com.
