John William Wilkolak, Jr., 53, a resident of Berea, Ohio passed away April 14, 2016. John worked as a welder. He was preceded in death by his father John W. Wilkolak, Sr. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Gayl Wilkolak; daughter, Lindsey; mother and step-father, Betty Lee and Edward Owens; sisters, Deborah Avera, Teresa Wilkolak and Cheryle Farmer; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 1pm until 3pm at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery in State Line, Mississippi.
