Johnnie Bell Lankford, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was 90 years old. Johnnie Bell was born August 30, 1931, in Oklahoma to the late Walter and Fanny Brunson. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Walter Turner (Carol), Rickey Turner (Carolyn), and Karen Hobbs (Marc); grandchildren, Selena Isler, Corey Raybon, Jeremy Hobbs, Walt Turner, Tanya Cunningham, Cassie Giles, and John Hobbs; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; siblings, Bobbie Jean Smith, Charletha Johnston, Donnie Brunson, and Eddie Brunson; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:30pm until the 3pm funeral service Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Living Word Church with Rev. Eddie Brunson and Rev. Marcus Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jeremy Hobbs, Walt Turner, John Hobbs, Don Cunningham, Steven Isler and Jeremy Giles. Honorary pallbearers will be Matt Raybon, Garrett Lott, Brady Turner, Blake Turner, Gavin Giles, Sidney Hobbs, John Marc Hobbs, Gabe Reynolds and Jase Hobbs.
