Justin Andrew Myers, 39 of Citronelle, suddenly passed away on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021. He was Born November 17th, 1981, the son of John and Susan (Bryant) Myers. Justin was an unconditionally loving husband and best friend to his wife Jennifer. It is impossible to express just how much this wonderful man will be missed…as a husband, son, brother, ''Pops'', ''Brother in Arms'' and friend.
He was a proud and active member of Bethel Baptist Church, and truly loved his Citronelle Community. He found great joy in working at the Mill Creek Golf Course, which provided many opportunities for him to spend time with his neighbors. He never met a stranger and welcomed everyone as a friend.
Justin grew up in Daphne, Alabama, where he earned his Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America; a law by which he lived his entire life. He served in the USMC for nine years; serving two tours in Iraq. After serving his country, he earned his bachelor's in business from the University of Mobile.
He found great joy and pride serving as Chapter Coordinator for ''Team River - Runners''; supporting Veterans and their families adapt back into everyday life by introducing them to the healing power of paddle sports.
Justin is survived by his loving and devoted wife Jennifer Dawn Myers; two stepdaughters, he loved as his own, Mersady (Allen) and Dymend (Chad); two grandsons, Zavion and Ezekiel; his mother Susan Bryant Myers; two brothers John (Christy) and Wyatt; sister Stacy Homan; niece Dorothy and two nephews Jacob and Andrew.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Myers and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Justin's life will be honored at 1:30 pm on Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Rev. Marvin Robinson officiating. Burial will follow. Online condolences may be given at www.freemancitronelle. com.
