He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Teresa Chambliss; mother, Marie Mizell; sons, Casey (Jacqueline) Chambliss, Justin Chambliss, Max Chambliss; daughters; Savannah (Derek) King, Chynna Chambliss, Lasey Chambliss, Zada Chambliss; granddaughter, Saphire; brother, Mike Chambliss; sister, Amanda Silvers, Alice Chambliss; other relatives and friends.
