L. D. Dennis

Mr. L. D. Dennis, 72, a native of Millry, Alabama and resident of Leakesville, Mississippi passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at his home. He was a logger in the timber industry for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Lillie Mae Dennis; sisters, Pearlie May Busby and Johnnie May Douglas. Left to cherish his memory is loving wife, Elizabeth Dennis; three sons, Michael (Danielle) Dennis, Gregory (Judy) Dennis and Stevie Dennis; three daughters, Pam Deese, Tammy Dennis and Lisa Dennis; brother, Dezel (Margaret) Dennis; sisters, Mae (Dalton) West, Willie Mae (James) Myers and Linda Mae (Don) Cochran; grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, Danielle, Cruz, Raven, Sabrina, Marlena, Kristy, Tonya, Kim, Lance, Eric, Brandon, Dustin and Beth; twenty eight great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 9am until the 11am funeral service on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Mississippi.
