Larry Darrell Connell

Larry Darrell Connell, 94, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at his residence in Citronelle, Alabama. Larry served in the United States Army and was a World War II Veteran. Larry was a member of Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in Leakesville, Mississippi. Larry worked for many years in the offshore oil exploration as a station manager with Dowell Chemical Company. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Jean Connell; children, Mike Connell, William Connell, Brenda Pierson, Wanda Taylor Byrd, and Vicky Williams; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. A wake will be held 6pm-9pm Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Freeman Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday at Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church with Rev.
