Laura Gene Mizell Turner

Laura Gene Mizell Turner, age 74, a native of Leakesville, MS and resident of Mobile, AL died Sunday, July 19, 2009 at her residence. She worked in the seafood industry. She was a member of Mount Pisgah United Pentacostal Church. She is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Lynn Risinger. She is survived by her Four Daughters, Betty Sue Hatfield of Mobile, Debbie Vess of Whistler, Grace (Wayne) Sullivan of Citronelle and Betty (Bradley) Denton of Irvington; Three Sons, Bobby (Connie) Mizell of Lake Charles, LA, Marvin (Josephine) Strickland of Leakesville, MS, andHarold (Becky) Williams of Sand Hill, MS; Twelve Grandchildren and Seven Great-Grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews and Other Relatives. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until the 3 PM Funeral Service on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Freeman Funeral Home in Leakesville, MS with Rev. Johnny Coaker officiating. Interment will be at Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Leakesville.
