Lawrence Shane Rich

Lawrence Shane Rich, age 31, a native of Westwego, LA and resident of Citronelle, AL, died Friday, June 4, 2010 in Calvert, AL. He owned and operated Rich Contracting. He was a member of the Alabama Home Builders Association and the Baldwin County Home Builders Association. He was a sponsor for various youth softball and baseball organizations along the Gulf Coast region. He enjoyed dove hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby "PawPaw" Staehle. He is survived by His Mother, Carolyn "Nanny" Staehle of Citronelle; His Wife, Amanda Rich of Citronelle; Three Daughters, Heather Rich, Ashley Rich, and Paige Reed, all of Citronelle, AL; One Sister, Bobi Jo Hunter of Citronelle, AL; His Nephews, Shane, Tyler and Gauge. A wake will be held from 6 PM to 9 PM on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle. The Funeral service will be at Freeman Funeral Home at 2 PM on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 with Rev. Wilbert Reed & Rev. Travis Evans officiating. Interment will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Deer Park, AL.
