Leonard Weaver, Jr.

Leonard Weaver, Jr., a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, May 09, 2019. He was 83 years old. Leonard was a loyal and faithful member at House of Refuge in McIntosh where he loved to serve and praise the Lord. He also loved to work and did so for many years. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Leonard was preceded in death by his wife, Louella Snow; children, Joseph Weaver and Nell Byrd; and parents, Leonard, Sr. and Peggy Weaver. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Anna White, Vermell Snow, Rosetta Weaver, and Elton Weaver; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Monday, May 13, 2019, at Reed’s Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Waite and Rev. Chad Orso officiating.
