Logan Trace Wainwright

Logan Trace Wainwright, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023. He was 22 years old. Logan loved his family more than anything, especially his mother and sisters and brother. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. He liked going to the racetrack and spending time with family and friends. Logan was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Logan was preceded in death by his father, Trey Wainwright; great-grandmother, Betty Wainwright; grandfather, Purvis Byrd; and great-grandmother, Mary Jane Gartman.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Pam Yancey (Vince); siblings, Kelsey Wainwright (Barry), Annie Koen (Nathaniel), RB Yancey; grandparents, Donna and Herman Wainwright, Helen Byrd, and Amy Merritt; aunts, Melissa Johnson (Pete), Celena Taylor (Steven), and Melanie Hanshew (Ronnie); cousins, Cheyenne Cranmore, Gracie Cranmore, Tristen Wainwright, Tana Hanshew, Courtney Johnson, Cody Johnson, Calynn Cook, and Carley Johnson; niece, Olivia Grace; and many other relatives and friends.

A wake will be held for Logan from 6pm until 9pm Monday, February 06, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10am Tuesday, February 07, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Robinson, Rev. John Blackwell, Rev. Stan Clayton, and Rev. Mike Reid officiating.
